New Jili Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

Welcome to New Jili. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the New Jili platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and New Jili ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your relationship with New Jili including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and use of customer support.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using New Jili immediately. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Who Can Register

To open an account with New Jili, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and maintain eligibility throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — New Jili strictly prohibits gaming by minors.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal for your circumstances.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list submitted to New Jili or related to any other licensed gambling platform that shares exclusion data.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not have had a previous New Jili account that was suspended or permanently closed for violating these Terms and Conditions.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one New Jili account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is a serious violation of these terms. New Jili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings accumulated across them without prior notice.

If you have forgotten your account credentials, use the password recovery function or contact our support team at support@newjili.best. Do not create a new account.

Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. New Jili may at any time request identity verification documents including government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Accepted Payment Methods

New Jili accepts deposits from the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All account balances are held and displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱20 via GCash for micro-stakes accounts; ₱100 for standard accounts.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• New Jili does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for any betting activity may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements.
• New Jili reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method.

Withdrawal Processing

New Jili processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank typically settle within a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. New Jili does not apply fees to withdrawals.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name — the same name on your New Jili account.
• New Jili may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, especially for first-time or high-value cashout requests. This is a security and anti-money-laundering requirement, not an obstruction.
• If you deposited via GCash and have not yet placed any bets, your withdrawal will be returned to your GCash account only.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 05 for bonus terms.
• New Jili reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or account compromise pending investigation.

Bonus Eligibility

New Jili offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms published alongside the offer. General bonus conditions that apply to all New Jili promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. They cannot be reclaimed after initial use.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement at New Jili is 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live table games such as Baccarat and Blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate — check the specific promotion terms for confirmation.
• New Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without advance notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes.

General Gameplay

All games available on the New Jili platform — including live dealer games, RNG card games, slots, fishing games, and virtual sports — are provided in accordance with their published rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet.

• New Jili's RNG games are certified by independent testing authorities. Game outcomes are genuinely random and comply with published return-to-player (RTP) rates.
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment — cards, wheels, and other tools appropriate to the game — operated by trained dealers on camera. Results are final once the dealing round is complete.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, New Jili will endeavour to settle the round based on available data. If a fair result cannot be determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• New Jili does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or table at any given time. Games may be taken offline for maintenance without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all tables and game types. These limits are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.

What Is Not Allowed at New Jili

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the New Jili platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Money laundering: Using New Jili to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of money is a criminal offence. New Jili complies with anti-money-laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity.
• Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment details to fund your New Jili account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with New Jili games without genuine human participation.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain winnings that would not otherwise have been possible.
• Underage gaming: Creating an account or facilitating access for any person under 21 years of age.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account login credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

New Jili takes responsible gaming seriously as a core platform value. We provide the following tools to all registered players — they are available from your account dashboard and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Changes to increase a limit require a 24-hour waiting period before taking effect. Decreases apply immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month. When your limit is reached, further play is automatically suspended for the chosen period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break from New Jili (minimum 24 hours, up to 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Contact support@newjili.best to activate this immediately.

When New Jili May Suspend or Close Your Account

New Jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Ongoing legal obligation or court order requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure requests, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, New Jili may withhold balances pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will not be returned.

New Jili's Liability

New Jili provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game at all times.

• New Jili is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decisions — including the outcome of any bet placed on the platform.
• New Jili is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside our direct control.
• In the event of a proven technical error that results in an incorrect settlement, New Jili's liability is limited to returning the stake amount to the player. New Jili is not liable for expected winnings arising from an error that was not the result of correct game play.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by New Jili's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

How We Update These Terms

New Jili may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players through the email address associated with their account and/or through a notification displayed on the platform when they next log in.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version was published. Continued use of New Jili after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support@newjili.best.

New Jili recommends that all players check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes, particularly regarding bonus terms and payment policies which may be updated in line with promotions and operational changes.
